‘It was a sunny day and Penny was happy to travel to our home. She put us at ease almost as soon as she walked through the door; nothing was too much trouble for her! We had a lot of fun with the family, inside the house and out in the garden, even our six month old granddaughter was laughing. The beautiful portraits now proudly displayed up and down the staircase are a constant reminder of that happy day.
