Lots of website updates and improvements

Welcome and thank you to new subscribers. There have been a few updates and improvements to my website:

Updated navigation and layout, with the addition of a slideshow to the home page.

The ‘About‘ page and ‘Press’ pages have been re-written and added to!

I’ve added a Facebook ‘page’ – https://www.facebook.com/pages/Penny-Morgan-Photography/213246155382699?sk=wall

Last but not least, I’ve moved my blog to Word Press, so we have a new layout and a few additions:- ‘Follow Me’ social networking links, testimonials and it’s now easier to ‘comment’ or ‘share’ a post.

Have a great weekend everyone!

STRICTLY SUFFOLK DANCE SHOW

A little late in posting this, but in March, got to photograph these ladies as they danced their hearts out, raising money for charity as a result of putting on a brilliant show – their costumes were so colourful and dancing just great, they had practised hard – all credit to Alison Cooklin for organising it.These are links to the folders displaying images from all 13 of the groups who took part – and bear in mind most of the ladies are not professionals, but they look it!:

Have been nominated for this months (April) Best of Bury award and would like to ask for your support by voting for me. You don’t have to become a member to vote. Thank you! Supporting less fortunate children

I wanted to help promote my friend Pauline, who, on 8th April will be going to Nepal to support the work of a foundation that is commited to improving the life chances of children in lower caste families by giving them an education. This is not a ‘gap year’ charity – they actively seek the support of people who have skills and education to give. Pauline has spent all her working life in the care, support and education of children and her contibution to this project will be very valuable.

Please click here for further details about the project.

She does need to raise a small amount of funding prior to going and as times are hard for everyone is inviting people to The Big Brunch on Sunday 20th March, at her home in Burgate. The cost will be £7 per person and will be serving a full English breakfast, home made cakes, tea, coffee and hot chocolate, from 10.30am until 2pm.

She does need to know numbers in advance, so if you are interested please email her at pauline.morgan1@googlemail.com

Thank you in advance to anyone who can help.
